• Automatic hour counting from Perfex time entries, with rounding, minimums, staff, weekend and after-hours multipliers.
• Billing cycles with carry-over (none, all, or up to a limit, with an expiry), expiry, catch-up after a missed scheduled task, and one invoice per cycle.
• Extra hours: bill, sell a pack automatically, only warn, or block.
• Packs bought by staff or by clients in the client area, credited when paid, and taken back when a payment is deleted.
